With the gaining momentum speculations are made on the release date of Google Nexus 6. It has been rumored that the expected date of release is assumed to be after organizing of the I/O Developers Conference to be held on June 24th, but to the fact no official announcement has been made for the release of Nexus 6.
It has been a pretty interesting history for the Nexus series Smartphone as it started in January 2010 with the launch of HTC Nexus One, followed by the release of Samsung Nexus S in December 2010, then with the launch of the Samsung Galaxy Nexus in November 2011. Further the release of new version continued and in 2012 the LG Nexus 4 was launched, followed by the last reported release of LG Nexus 5 on October 31st 2013. Google always did something special for whole Nexus series so this time also we can expect something different from Google.

To the introduction in the sale of Smartphone it is considered to be selling like hot cakes. Though Nexus 5 has not been renowned with the device specification and performance, but is considered as cheap as compared to the other Smartphones available in the market.
It has been suspense to the release date of Nexus 6 but looking at the previous releases made that of Nexus 4 and Nexus 5 in the month of November has certainly set an expected date to be around the end of October of this year. Further Sundar Pichai the Vice President of Google said in a Mobile World Congress that the new Nexus 6 is likely gets released in the second quarter of the year.
As per the expected features than its own successor Nexus 5, it may be sport with a screen size of 5.2 inch with a curved LCD display along with a protective layer of Corning Gorilla Glass. It is expected to get featured with 64 bit memory and a processor of Snapdragon 800 series chipset supported by 3 GB RAM. It is likely to run on Android OS of 4.5 versions.
Nexus 6 is also rumored to have 13 MP rear cameras and 5 MP front cameras with features of connectivity like NFC, Bluetooth, Wi Fi, 4G and Micro USB. And come in 3 different variants like 32, 64 or 128 GB.
It is expected to have embedded with different type of sensors like Health sensor, atmosphere sensor, thermo sensor, low light sensitivity camera sensor, finger print and other security sensors.
With an evolution in technology, it has certainly grabbed hold to get away with the Smartphone era. The speculations made on the part of the new Nexus that it is most expected that LG will probably be the manufacturer of Nexus 6.
One of the source says that the new Nexus 6 could be the final Smartphone on the part of Google Nexus series. In conflict the release for the year 2015 of Nexus series might come up with Nexus 7 but it is assumed that Nexus 7 will be replaced with tablet Google Nexus 7.
Verdict
With high expectations from Google, it is expected to come up in terms of better performance and specifications with an economical price. As expected, the new Nexus 6 Smartphone will roar a bit louder than its previous versions. Nexus 5 was also good performer which proved itself in the big crowd of Smartphones. So we can expect this time again a superb phone with all advance facilities. I am sure, the phone will break all the record of selling and will be no.1 device in the market.
