Micromax Bolt A66 Specifications and Features : A Low Budget Phone Spotted Online

Indian Company Micromax launched its another budget Android phone Bolt A66. The phone is latest addition to the most successful series Bolt. Bolt is extremely affordable series from Micromax apart from canvas series phones.

The device has been listed on the company’s official site, and soon will be available for sale on the online sites. The company has priced 6000 for this device but might be down very soon.

The new age budget phone Micromax Bolt A66 runs on Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean operating system. The Smartphone comes with dual SIM (GSM+GSM) slots and supports regular SIM size. It is packed with 4.5 inch TFT Capacitive touchscreen display with 480x854pixels resolution. The budget phone is powered by 1 GHz Spreadtrum SC7710G processor along with 512 MB RAM.

Micromax has given 512 MB internal storage with the latest Bolt A66, which is expandable up to 32 GB via a micro SD card. The device is equipped with 2 megapixel primary camera with flash, and 0.3 MP front facing camera. You wouldn’t get any other 2 MP camera phone in this price range and good thing is that It comes with front camera. It packs a 1500 mAh battery, which offers standby time up to 116 hours and talktime up to 4.5 hours. With the moderate usage to high, the battery can last a day while talking 1 or 2 hours of calling, listening music, watching videos and browsing internet.

All the connectivity features are included in the device such as Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, Micro USB, GPRS, EDGE and 3G. The Bolt A66 comes with some trendy preloaded apps including Hike, Spull, Game HUB, Opera, Kingsoft Office and M! Live.

Earlier this month, Micromax released two low budget Android phones Bolt A28 and Bolt A59 with respectively price of Rs.3,699 and Rs. 4,599. Both device supports dual SIM.

Micromax Bolt A28 has 3.5 inch TFT screen with 320×420 pixels resolution. The multimedia device is packed with 1GHz Spreatrum SC7710 processor along with 256 MB of RAM. The device sports 0.3 MP camera and runs on Android 2.3 Gingerbread.

On the other hand, its another low budget phone Bolt A59 sports 3.5 inch display with 320×480 pixels resolution. It has 2 MP rear camera and VGA front camera. The device is powered 1GHz Spreadtrum SV7710 processor and 256 MB RAM. This processor is made by China which is being used in low range phones, that are being introduced by Micromax. The processor gives good performance, whether you play small Android games on it or watch videos.
